1. One simple phone call or email gets the process going. You get to ask questions, we get to ask questions and learn a bit more about one another and how D&L Designs can benefit you. Don’t worry, we’re not a “hard sell”. If we don’t think we have to the right tools to assist you we will let you know. Integrity is key to us.

2. If we have determined that we are a good fit then we will have a follow up call to get more particulars handled. We may have a short survey for you to complete to better tailer our program to your needs.

3. We make one final contact before the magic happens. This is where we provide our arrival times, confirm our accomidations  and discuss any last-minute items, if any.
